Yin Zhang

About Me

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Jia Pan. I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University and Westlake University in September 2025, specializing in robotics and computer vision, under the supervision of Prof. Shiyu Zhao. I also worked with Prof. Peidong Liu and Prof. Wen Li . Before my doctoral studies, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Tianjin University (2017) and a Master’s degree from Beihang University (2020). I am passionate about advancing intelligent systems for real-world applications.

Research Interests

• Robotics: vision-based motion estimation, vision-based control
• Computer Vision: object detection, 6D pose estimation, domain adaptation, event camera
